Why should I take supplements?
Simply put, they give your body a boost to achieve your fitness goals. They can either help along the way or give you what you need to break plateaus.
Is "Phase 1" only good for...phase 1?
Not at all! Our name symbolizes the first step to anything, not just the beginning. It could be Phase 1 of your next weight goal or workout milestone.
How old do I have to be to use your supplements?
Our supplements are not meant for anyone under the age of 18. As with any nutritional supplements, please consult your doctor or health care professional for guidance.
Where are your products made?
All Phase One Nutrition products are manufactured in the USA in GMP FDA Inspected Facilities.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
You can contact us at support@p1supps.com and one of our team members will be more than happy to assist in tracking your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! We can ship anywhere in the world. However, we are not responsible for any customs/duties you may incur as a result of importing our products into your country. Please look at that information up before placing an order.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes we do! We appreciate our women and men in uniform and work with local carriers to see what the best option is to ship out to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Thank you for your service!

This is my first time using supplements, what do I do?
All of our products come with dosage instructions printed on them. If you ever have and questions and/or concerns, feel free to contact us. However, we are not medical professionals, you should always consult your doctor with any health concerns.
What does it mean to cycle on and off?
Some products are strong and require some time off for a healthy consumption balance. It is best to follow instructions on the bottles or contact us if you have any questions.
Do I have to take supplements on my day off?
It is ok, and often recommended, to take supplements on your off days to keep up with the consistency.
Can I work for Phase One?
We're always looking for fresh new talent to join the team as positions open up. We will post our job openings on our website as they become available and will accept resumes at that time.
How do I become an athlete/ambassador?
We choose our athletes very carefully after an in depth analysis of professional and personal backgrounds to make sure values and ideals align with those we aim to uphold as a brand. At this time we aren't looking for more athletes but will be in the near future.
We expand our ambassador team occasionally when we come across exceptional influencers that have the ability to spread our message and bring more fitness enthusiasts to our P1N family.
